End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), Epicureal grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Epicureal application and related client software made available to you (the "Software") solely in connection with your authorized use of Epicureal services.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law. You may not remove or alter proprietary notices.

3. Updates

We may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. Updates may be required for continued use. This EULA applies to updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

4. Open Source

The Software may include third-party or open-source components governed by their respective licenses, which are available upon request where required.

5. Termination

Your license ends automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA or when your account or access to Epicureal services ends. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicureal disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epicureal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of residence or, where Epicureal elects, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epicureal operates its business, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may revise this EULA from time to time. The revised EULA will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
