8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epicureal and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for other operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
